El ciclista abulense Francisco Mancebo (Competitive Cyclist Racing Team) ha vuelto a ganar por segundo año consecutivo el USA Cycling National Racing Calendar (NRC), el calendario profesional nacional de Estados Unidos, por delante de Rory Sutherland (UnitedHealthcare) y Tom Zirbel (Team Optum).
La última prueba puntuable fue el sábado, Thompson Bucks County Classic, y las primeras posiciones no sufrieron ninguna variación. Mancebo ha dominado con 918 puntos por 481 de Sutherland -437 de diferencia-.
Su equipo Competitive Cyclist Racing Team también ha sido el mejor por delante del Team Optum p/b Kelly Benefit Strategies y el Bissell Cycling.
El National Racing Calendar se lanzó en 1997. Su palmarés cuenta con nombres como Gordon Fraser (1999-2000), Chris Horner (2002-2003-2004), Floyd Landis (2006), Rory Sutherland (2007-2008) o Tom Zirbel (2009).
